Contest rules

1. Must be 18 years old or older to win and be a resident of the United States.
2. Employees of WKCK 101, client sponsors and their respective families areineligible to win.
3. All prizes must be picked up from our studios or requested through email.Providing mailing address and photo Id.
4. All prizes are awarded “as is”. No change or conversion of the prize for cash will be permitted.
5. Date and Time of promotion can change at anytime due to the discretion of the general manager and or promotions department.
6. All decisions by WKCK Management are final.
7. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize or prize values at over $600.00 will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings.
8. WKCK/ Kickin Kountry 101 does not maintain liability for damaged or lost prizes, including those lost or damaged in the mail.
9. Prizes will be forfeited or reassigned if not claimed within 14 days from date of winning.
10. In consideration of our station allowing individuals to participate in competitions, contestants release station and any associated employees, clients and agencies of any liability for damages or injuries incurred while participation in any station radio contest or promotion.
11. All contestants give our station exclusive rights to use their names and/or any other likeness for promotional purposes.
12. Winner will only be allowed to win once every 30 days from WKCK Kickin Kountry 101.
13. This contest is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram/Twitter aka X, Facebook/ Snapchat/ YouTube.
14. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for WKCK to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests as well as forfeiture of any prizes won by fraudulent means.
15. Unless otherwise stated, contestants can only enter into a contest one (1) time.
